Lawson United Cinemas STYLE-S Minato Mirai, a cinema equipped with a state-of-the-art immersive sound experience system on the 5th floor of MARK IS Minato Mirai in Yokohama, will grand open on 26 April (Fri), 2024!
The opening of the Lawson United Cinemas STYLE-S Minato Mirai will feature special screenings of all Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films.

This acoustic system uses chairs with built-in speakers that generate 'sound and vibration'. The 'sound and vibration' emitted from the pillows and back of the chair allows the user to feel the sound with their entire body, providing a realistic and special visual experience in all genres of film, including action, comedy, romance and horror. FLEXOUND Augmented Audio™ is a system that has been installed in cinemas around the world. At Lawson United Cinemas STYLE-S Minato Mirai, this system will be installed in all 12 screens and all seats. This is a world first. The system is the first of its kind in the world.
