New shop for coin locker and cloakroom service near Universal Studios Japan!
A luggage storage service (paid cloakroom) opened on 26 April 2024 (Friday) at Universal CityWalk Osaka. In addition to the coin-operated lockers at Universal CityWalk Osaka, the pay cloakroom now offers more places to leave carry-on cases and large luggage.

Although details are not provided on the website or in the information, it is assumed that the deposit fee is on a daily basis during the same day. It does not appear to be a 24-hour charge from the point of deposit, but please check with the shop when you use the locker. The company's website also lists coin-operated lockers that can be used 24 hours a day and can be pre-booked, but the details are unknown. It does not appear to be installed at the moment.
Luggage is charged on a per-piece deposit basis. Please note that, like coin-operated lockers, the fee is not the same regardless of how many pieces of luggage you put in, as long as they can be accommodated. If you check in a small piece of luggage in a carry-on case, it is treated as one piece, but if you check in two pieces - a carry-on case and a backpack - you will have to pay for each one separately.
It also appears that a camera phone or smartphone is required for use.

To get there, go out of the Universal City Station ticket gates from the left and you will see the 3rd floor of Universa Salle Citywalk Osaka.
