I used it when the other large coin lockers and the oversized coin lockers at Unibasar City Walk were full. During busy times, there is a queue of about 10 people, but I was able to deposit my large carry-on bag in about 10 minutes. They give you a baggage tag as proof of baggage deposit, so you can exchange it for your baggage tag when you pick up your carry-on bag or other items on the way back. Be careful not to lose it! The 'Oversize' coin lockers and baggage drop-off points are located at the Universal CityWalk station, through the USJ gate (Daimon), in front of the Universal Globe, and right in front of the gate (Daimon) by the parking lot, bus and taxi stands.
