On Tuesday 11 April 2023, in conjunction with the Harry Potter Facility Studio Tour Tokyo to be completed at the former Toshimaen site, Seibu Railway announced the scheduled completion of the renovation of Seibu Railway Ikebukuro & Toshimaen stations and the start date of the Harry Potter train service.
