This is the newly unveiled Ikebukuro station under construction, descent platform 1. The brick pattern and the colour of the pillars are quite similar to London Kings Cross Station.Â

This clock has the same (board) design as the one installed in the Studio Tour Tokyo, donated by Warner Bros. to commemorate the renewal of Seibu Ikebukuro Station. The pavement is designed to be in continuity with Nerima Joshi Park, with the aim of creating a station square that will be familiar to everyone as a gateway to the local area.
