The Harry Potter Studio Tour Tokyo opening date announcement event was held and announced in the Harry Potter Studio Tour 'Nine and Three Quarters' area, which will be created within the Harry Potter Studio Tour Tokyo building under construction.
The 'Nine and Three Quarters' area is a studio tour facility built to resemble King's Cross Station, London's terminal station, which was the location used for filming the Harry Potter series, including the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
In the 'nine and three-quarter line' area, actual British steam locomotives and carriages have been brought in from England and installed. They can be displayed & viewed as the Hogwarts Express.
