Magical sweet drink 'Sherbet Lemon Surprise'.

It is called 'Sherbet Lemon Surprise'. Many Harriotta fans will recognise the name 'sherbet lemon'. The Japanese translation is "lemon candy".

Yes, Headmaster Dumbledore had a sweet tooth and set the password to enter the Headmaster's office to "sherbet lemon (lemon candy)". Professor McGonagall must also have been impressed by the fact that he said "sherbet lemon" when reciting the password.

A sweet named after such a 'sherbet lemon' is served in the Food Hall of the Haripota Tour Tokyo.

'Sherbet Lemon Surprise' is a magical drink in taste and colour!

In fact, the Sherbet Lemon Surprise is a drink that can be (Muggle) magical.

  1. The magic of taste change
  2. The magic of colour change

Experience the magic of the changing flavours of Sherbet Lemon Surprise.

The change in taste is that the sour lemon taste is transformed into a sweet taste. Instructions on how to serve the magic are included.

If you bite into a cut lemon as described, it is usually sour and tasty.

The drink is refreshing, slightly sour and carbonated water when drunk through a straw.

Next, put the red seeds 'miracle fruit seeds' in your mouth. The licking time is one minute, so turn the hourglass upside down.

After one minute, I lick the lemon. Then, wonders of wonders, the lemon, which is supposed to be sour, feels sweet! It's a magical experience.

But in my case, even after licking the miracle fruit, there is not much change and the lemon is sour (^▽^;) I feel that the sourness is faintly lessened. (^▽^;)

The blue, fluffy, hair-like object is cotton candy.

Of course, it is sweet cotton candy eaten as it is, but if you put the cotton candy into the lemon squash, you'll be amazed! The colour of the drink changes to blue, just like a concoction of magic potion.

This is how to experience the magic of the Sherbet Lemon Surprise.

When I was a pancake man, there was no explanation from the waiter on how to drink or play, and it was unclear how to enjoy it other than the instructions (;^_^A).

But in hindsight, I realised that I should have squeezed all the cut lemons into a lemon squash before enjoying it. Yeah, after the fact (laughs).

Incidentally, the sorbet is the crunchy ice floating on top of the drink. But the small chunks are too big to suck through a straw, so I scooped it up with a fork from a scone and tasted it, and it's delicious with a crunchy texture.â

As a drink, it is a delicious lemon squash with a strong natural acidity. It is also fun as a magical sweet drink with a change of taste, colour and sweetness, so please come and experience it at the food hall! Va.
