March 2022 Three Broomsticks Shepherd's Pie is relaunched!

A hearty dish has been added to the Three Broomsticks New Food since March 2022... a superb choice.shepherd's pie(This alone is a volume),chickenFor 1 person,corn with bark (e.g. on a corn stalk)is a whole bottle (this alone will fill you up),with hot vegetables The menu consists of. In conclusion, very disappointing results.I was not happy with the food. Please read this as including the possibility that I may have been unlucky and only the food on this plate on the day I ate was not good (T_T).

Taste: ★★★★4.5 Shepherd's pie

The Shepherd's Pie, one of the best British dishes in the Harry Potter area "The Three Broomsticks", was as always superb.

Hot like freshly made, the minced meat & onions are very juicy and tasty, matched with the smoothness of the mashed potatoes and the deliciousness of the sweet potato!

Taste: ★★★★3.9 Smoked chicken

I didn't realise it was backwards and took a photo of it. (;Holy shit) I've had 'rotisserie smoked chicken' many times at the 'Three Broomsticks', but the other side of the chicken in the photo - the front side, which is not shown - was the greasiest ever (laughs), so much so that it was dripping... What? Did you change the cooking method? By accident? The taste was delicious, but the fat was wow, the chicken inside had the same texture & taste as usual.

Taste: ★★★3.3 Corn without skin (although the menu calls for it to have skin)

The corn was no longer skinned (the menu still says skinned). The corn with or without the skin is a matter of appearance, so it could have been fine without it, but it was a disappointment. The Three Broomsticks and the Harry Potter area's famous 'corn with skin' are superb. It has a sweet taste with just the right texture and a unique savoury taste... and the corn kernels should have looked, tasted and felt wonderful, with all the kernels puffed up.

The corn we ate today had many areas with grains missing here and there. And when I nibbled on it, it had a watery texture and taste, which is more negative than the expression 'watery and fresh'. I don't think the seasoning has changed as it is cooked in the same way.

Taste: ★2.9 Carrots & broccoli

The hot vegetables at The Three Broomsticks are also shittily roasted with a very tender texture and a delicious vegetable dish with a hint of sweetness, which I love... Usually...

The carrots on this day were harder than I have experienced since the Harry Potter area opened at USJ in 2014 (>_<) What? Did an amateur cook them wrong? The carrots were so crunchy that it was almost as if they had a core, and the centre of the carrots was raw texture level of hardness.

The broccoli was also harder than usual.

Summary of what we thought of Shepherd's Pie.

• Shepherd's pie is delicious, but the whole thing is too hearty and hard to eat at the end.
• The corn and hot vegetables, which may be the only single item ordered that day but should be delicious, are in a disappointing state.
• If they wanted to raise the price, they should have kept the previous menu (shepherd's pie & garden salad).
• With the perfection of this combination, I'd like to try the shepherd's pie, but I'm not sure I'd want to eat anything else. The chicken is good, but I'd like the fat content to be kept down.

Good food is just about the right volume to make you feel like you want to eat some more. That way you will want to eat it again soon. You don't like it when you've eaten too much, even if the food tastes good, much less when it's not tasty and makes you feel like you've eaten too much...

This time the food report was more scathing than usual. (>_<)

Incidentally, when I am visiting alone, I tell the crew if I feel it is not particularly good. This time I didn't tell them because I was with a fellow Haripotter.
