In the past, I have had 'pork ribs' meat on menus such as Glade Feast and Halloween Feast, but if you order purely from the 'pork ribs' plate, two pork ribs will appear in the dish. Accompaniments Roast potatoes｜The Three Broomsticks "Harry Potter Area".

The unique sliced roasted potatoes of The Three Broomsticks came with a large amount of potatoes... including some onions! I think there used to be more onions and less potatoes, but that's OK because I like my roast potatoes on the World Wide Web (≥▽≦).

It may just be a coincidence that this was the only day, but the pork rib meat seemed to have changed from the previous one. The quantity was larger, there was more fat, and the meat seemed to be more tender at best (or more soggy at worst?). The taste, including the sauce, was sweeter than before. The taste and texture of any food is the taste of the eater, so it's a matter of preference, but for me, the Pancake Man, I preferred the usual meat. These pork ribs were delicious, though.

My favourite 'pork ribs' from The Three Broomsticks is meat like the one in the picture... Ribs made up of two thin bones with little fatty pork, small in quantity, but meaty, juicy and delicious...

Huh? Could the reason why the Three Broomsticks menu is called 'pork ribs' is because they offer various parts such as 'back ribs', 'shoulder ribs' and 'spare ribs'? I guess so.

We don't eat "Pork Ribs" itself every time, so we don't know how the pork of the ingredients of "Three Broomsticks" has changed/changed, but the meat quality and ingredients have been changed when the menu is changed since around 2021, so the pork may have changed as well. The price of 'pork ribs' has remained unchanged while prices have tended to increase, so it is possible that they are cutting costs in the ingredients department (^_^.) (This is a guess.)
