Harry Potter tour Nagoya, Sakae!

The following three shops were visited on the Nagoya Haripota tour.

1. Harry Potter Mahoudokoro Sakae Park branch (Oasis 21)
2. Thirty-One Ice Cream Sakae Oasis 21 shop
3. Tully's Coffee Nagoya Sakae

The time has come for Harry Potter tours in Nagoya... I'm not from the Tokai region, but my favourite pancake shop is (or was) in the Sakae area, and I used to come here often before the Corona disaster. At that time, there wasn't even a 'c' in Harri Potter in Sakae. It opened in the Osu area during the Corona disaster. It closed during the Corona disaster.'Toys Sapiens Nagoya'.Except for. I came here to visit Thirty-One Ice Cream Sakae Oasis 21. It is located on the basement shopping floor of Oasis 21.

An oversized photo of Harry is available next to the shop entrance, so Harry lovers can take a selfie to commemorate the occasion!

Thirty-One's Harry Potter collaboration ice cream.had trouble ordering as there were several items on the menu, but decided on the less voluminous 'braided hat sundae' as my stomach was still full!

As for the ice cream choice, I went for the Hogwarts House Delight ice cream, which is a new collaboration flavour limited time only. Before I go any further, I should mention that I don't usually order ice cream with strong flavours or candy toppings because I don't really like them. This time I ordered it because it was a HARRIPOTA collaboration! (≥▽≦)

'Sorting Hat Sundaes', HARRIPOTA Collaboration, Thirty-One Ice Cream.

The 'Sorting Hat Sundae' is a cup filled with cream and topped with chocolate Sorting Hats.

The assorted hat chocolates are sweet. And the toppings on top are all sweet: whipped cream (sweet), chocolate chips (sweet), chocolate sauce (sweet) and the little silver knob is alazan (sweet because the main ingredient is sugar). Even I, the pancake man with a sweet tooth, had a sweet taste in my mouth (laughs).

The designated ice-cream is hidden under this.

The limited-time Hogwarts House Delight has a milk tea-flavoured ice cream that is quite sweet, and the colourful and beautiful candy toppings are also sweet, with large chunks that spread sweetness in your mouth as you bite into them. (Laughs) The taste was so sweet that the sweetness won out over the taste of the ice cream.

The sleeve with the Hogwarts four dormitories design can be easily removed from the cup and taken home as a souvenir.

Please note that the cauldron is not related to Thirty-One as it is the personal property of the photographer. The only thing missing here are the two double-cup containers with the HARIPOTA collaboration design (see below).

Erica informs us that if you take your Harry Potter sundae home, the cute robe cookies, rolled cookies and chocolate glasses will be pushed in, so we recommend eating it in the shop if you can! (**Refer to. (*´▽｀*)

Back to the story, I, Pancake Man, left Thirty-One and came about 50 steps on foot to Harry Potter Mahoudokoro! So close (lol) so close (lol)!

Because, as you can see in the picture, they are located a few doors down from each other.

First visit to Harry Potter Mahoudokoro Sakae Park branch

The Harry Potter Mahoudokoro Sakae Park shop is the second permanent Mahoudokoro shop to open, following the Akasaka shop.Shop and merchandise information at the time of opening was reported in the past by Negi-san, a fellow Haripotter in Nagoya.I knew about it from information and photos because I have been doing it.

But this is my first visit, and when I actually come here, it feels totally different, it's totally different from what you see in pictures and text. It is probably 10 times better to see with your eyes than the feeling you are seeing in 魔法界ドットコム.

I would like to introduce the details later, but the elaborate interior and layout of the shop, which is different from the Akasaka shop, was too nice. The exterior image is the same image as the Akasaka shop, but you should definitely visit the shop and feel the interior with your skin, eyes, ears and hands. The inside of the shop was already decorated with Christmas trees and Christmas decorations...

This was the first time I saw the actual Firebolt (2023 version) from Cinereplicas (Cinereplicas), although it was only on display. I have seen many photos and videos online, but the actual product gave me a different impression. I think this is probably the only shop in Japan where the actual product can be seen at the moment. I also saw the actual Nimbus 2000 from Cinereplicas for the first time in a long time. I am sure that there are no Haripota goods shops in Japan that display these products at present.

Incidentally, the Nimbus 2000 on display has, from what I can see, been modified for display in the brush area. It has been hardened with a protective coat of clear resin paint and the brush tip has been shaved. Just walking into the Harry Potter Mahoudokoro shop is exciting, as the interior is full of cute display methods and Hogwarts-like decorations and accessories. This was a different kind of fun than in Akasaka, Tokyo.

'I haven't had it yet'.Weasley Nut Brittle Latte.I ordered a "I'll have a drink". It was a warm day, so I ordered ice cream and took a picture of my drink at the secure photo spot. (**▽｀｀*)

The Weasley Nut Brittle Latte actually appears in the original novel Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban as a 'Nut Brittle'. Ron's mum 'Molly' gives him a Christmas cake and Nut Brittle as a Christmas present. In the Japanese translation by Seizansha, the name is "sugar candy with nuts", so if you have only read the Japanese translation, you might not notice it unless your associative skills are quite high. But Tully's product planners must have quite a few Harriotta connoisseurs in their ranks! (Applause)

The drink itself is a café latte (probably), but topped with whipped cream, hazelnut syrup, caramel syrup and nuts.

You will enjoy the texture, aroma and taste as if you were eating a real nut brittle. Delicious! This was a favourite combination that I would like to repeat...
