The Great Magic Festival is the name of the event marking the fifth anniversary of the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter ('Harry Potter Area').

Recommended places to watch Magical Celebration.

1. in front of the carriage if you want to see Hogwarts students (cast) up close.
2. around the side of the Butterbeer cart if you want to enjoy the entire projection mapping.
If you go too close to Ollivander's shop, you can't see half of the Great Hall of Hogwarts because the Black Lake archway is in the way. The reddish-brown area marked on the Wizard Pancake Man's ninja map is the recommended spot for 2.

Only if you have time, but once you've seen the show at the back and finished, you can go to the front in reverse as the outgoing guests leave the viewing area. A second time you are more likely to be able to move to a point of your choice.

Example schedule of events

Wednesday 20 March, 4 sessions at 19:10, 19:35, 20:00 and 20;25.
5 sessions on 21 March (Thursday) 19:10, 19:35, 20:00, 20;25 and 20:50.
*Park closes at 21:00 on both days.
Note that the 'Night Parade' also starts at 20:00!
Guests and Muggles who want to enjoy both at a leisurely pace are confronted with a vexing problem (;^_^A
Why they chose to schedule it this way is somewhat questionable. w
It would have been better if the night parade had started at least after 20:30 (^_^;).

Night parade and night show For those who want to enjoy both in one night

Night parade 'Universal Spectacular Night Parade - Best of Hollywood'.If you want to see the Night Parade, you might want to see the first night show at 19:10 or the second night show at 19:35.

For those who enjoy the night show on a different day, the new night show (Castle Show) is recommended from 20:00 onwards!
There's a good chance it will be empty, so you'll be able to relax and enjoy yourself... Until then, when the new night show starts, the Harriotta Journey will be empty, so you'll be able to enjoy it more than once. w

Start ahead of schedule in case of congestion.

When the Harriotta area is busy, the Hogwarts Magical Celebration may be held earlier than scheduled.
On 20 March, the area in front of Hogwarts Castle was overcrowded an hour in advance to see the new Castle Show. The first show was therefore held more than 20 minutes ahead of schedule.

Then come and immerse yourself in the wizarding world with the new projection mapping in the Haripota area!

Thanks to USJ for a chic project for fans hungry for a "Harry Potter area" in the Corona Disaster... ヾ（≧▽≦）ノ

More than 4,000 Harry Potter fanatics from all over Japan (16,000 views after the release of the film) were able to enjoy watching YouTube at the same time and write their thoughts and impressions in the chat room. It was a lot of fun and I felt like I was able to participate in an event where my fellow Harry Potter fans got together for the first time in a long time. Thank you very much!
