Professor Umbridge's Afternoon Tea is a unique menu featuring freshly baked scones, an essential part of English-style afternoon tea, as well as a selection of savouries and sweets with a Harry Potter flavour. The menu includes familiar items such as the Golden Snitch Puff, inspired by the Golden Snitch, and other items inspired by motifs and stories from the films. Of course, there is also a menu themed around Professor Umbridge, the character for whom the menu is named. These include the Kitten Rare Cheese Mont Blanc, featuring her favourite animal, the cat, and the Penalty Brownie, decorated with the familiar phrase "I must not tell lies" from the scene where she punishes Harry. Harry Potter lovers can also enjoy a selection of sweets with a meticulous attention to detail. As well as the authentic menu, look out for details with ideas inspired by the films.

This 'Professor Umbridge's Afternoon Tea' is served in the centre of the 'Backlot Café', in a dedicated afternoon tea seating area. The space is entirely pink, like Professor Umbridge's study in the film, and is filled with exciting elements just by stepping inside, such as plates decorated with portraits of moving cats and a Professor Umbridge doll spinning on the ceiling. In addition to the sweets and rose decorations, the interior is also decorated with Hogwarts' educational decree on 'food' and sprinkled with detailed effects that represent Professor Umbridge's character.
