Take Out counter at Harry Potter Cafe Akasaka. There is a dedicated counter facing the Akasaka Biz Tower. Apart from the eat-in menu, the Harry Potter Café also has a dedicated take-out menu. The showcase on the right displays drinks, scones and some of the merchandise. Scones, drinks and scone boxes are available at the takeaway counter. In Japan, the American English word for takeaway is take-out, but in the UK it is called take-away.

These are the only three types of food and drink available for takeaway.

Harry Potter Café takeaways require numbered tickets except for a certain number of people immediately after opening.

The pre-opening was held on Thursday 16 June 2022, but due to the coverage on TV and the internet, there was a huge queue in front of the Harry Potter Café before the opening with customers wanting to buy takeaways. On the day of the pre-opening, customers had to wait two to three hours before they could purchase their tickets, and numbered tickets were distributed during the queue. From the second day of pre-opening, numbered tickets were distributed at the same time as opening at 11am, but it took several hours from the time when the numbered tickets were given to the time when it became possible to purchase the tickets due to the great popularity.
Currently in July, numbered tickets are distributed before opening time 10am.

I will explain my experience. On the second day of the pre-opening, around 12.40pm, I didn't have to queue for numbered tickets and got them straight away. And the time for the numbered tickets, which I was curious about, was 18:00. 5 hours and 20 minutes later. wwwWhen I went to get numbered tickets with my Haripota friends around 16:00, the meeting time was 20:30. 4 hours and 30 minutes of waiting time had occurred in between. No, no, it's too crowded on a weekday, so on weekends and holidays... it's unimaginable. Note: Numbered tickets were distributed on weekdays on Friday 9 July 2022, adding 10am and 12:25pm.

• Only one numbered ticket per person.
• Time slots for numbered tickets are in 30-minute increments
• Always bring this ticket with you and come to the shop at the meeting time.
• Numbered tickets are invalid after 15 minutes from the assembly time.
• Numbered tickets are an alternative to waiting in line to purchase. Even if you get there at the meeting time, you still need to wait to purchase.
• Take-out menus cannot be reserved.
• Numbered tickets are handed out by wizard clerks near the take-out window.

Unfortunately, although there are four types of scones, a person can only buy a total of four scones. When it comes to drinks, each person is limited to one. Yes, you can't get a collection of four drinks in one shopping trip, and you have to take out at least four times to get a collection. The drinks are sold in limited quantities per day and are currently sold out almost immediately after lunchtime. If you buy in the afternoon, be prepared for only scones and boxes. The conditions for buying a takeaway box are also a bit more stringent: to buy a box for two (for a fee), you need to buy two scones. It is not possible to buy one scone plus a box or just a box; for a box of four, you must buy four scones. Even though it's a paid box... it's tough... (T_T)

The take-out box is made of thick paper and is solidly constructed. The dormitory emblem is designed on the ceiling of the lid, the box itself is in dormitory colours and the bottom inside the box has a striped pattern. The lid and the box itself have different colours, giving the box a two-tone appearance.

The scone wrappers are made of paper with the dormitory design you ordered. Pictured above are Gryffindor and Ravenclaw scones, as well as the box.

Scones are pre-cut in half and sandwiched with clotted cream and fruit jam in between. Gryffindor is strawberry jam, e.g. Ravenclaw is blueberry jam.

The sauce retains the shape of the strawberries, so you can taste the strawberries when you eat it. The scone dough is savoury and delicious. The texture is shaggy and takes away the moisture in your mouth, so a drink is essential (laughs). The surface has a slightly crispy texture and the dough inside is shaggy.

These are Ravenclaw scones with a blueberry jam sandwich. The scone itself is the same, so the only difference is the flavour of the jam... Eating one will inevitably lead to a drink, which will fill you up a little... Eating two will fill you up halfway... I, Pancake Man, am one of my favourite sweets, even though I occasionally turn into Scone Man, Harry Potter. Café's scones are quite good! These scones are for take-away only and cannot be eaten in the Harry Potter Café with lunch or dinner.

I haven't had the drink, but several of my fellow Harriotta fans who have bought it say it tastes great and the bottles are designed for each dormitory and can be reused, so they are generally highly recommended for everyday use.â

On Friday 9 July 2022, the second day of the grand opening, when we went to get numbered tickets at 10am, the clerk explained that drinks were already sold out for the 3pm numbered tickets. When I got my numbered ticket, it was possible to discuss the time of the numbered ticket by discussing the time of the play and the time of my Mahoudkoro reservation.

You should take your own rubbish home with you after eating. There did not seem to be many litter bins in the streets around Akasaka. There don't seem to be many vending machines either,7-Eleven, Seijo Ishii and cafés on the basement floor of Akasaka Biz Tower.are available to purchase coffee and other beverages.
