The stage production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child (Tokyo | TBS Akasaka ACT Theatre) has been suddenly cancelled for today, Saturday 8 July 2023.
According to the announcement, this was due to several people involved in the stage Harry Potter production being unwell.
Today's stage performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child began at 12.15pm, and the audience had already entered the theatre and were seated when the curtain opened in six minutes, according to the broadcast of the cancellation announcement.
We cannot express the disappointment of all the guests who were willing to watch the play. We can only pray that they will get the chance to see the play next time.

An additional announcement was made on the evening of Saturday 8 July.
The stage performance of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Sunday 9 and Monday 10 July 2023 has also been cancelled.
