The rules are a little stricter for Halloween 2018. Costumes in which the face is unrecognisable are not allowed. For example, full-face headgear, masks and special make-up. For more information, please read the following on the official USJ website
Recognisable make-up and masks are OK, as are items sold in the park.
If you don't know, check with the park crew.

That's all! It's a pity that there are no special events in the area, since there is a night parade of Harriotta, but...
Also, the Night Parade is almost only held on weekdays during Halloween, so if you want to see it, we recommend you check the schedule carefully.
The winter events in the Hogwarts area have already been revealed. The Hogwarts Magical Night (night show) has been upgraded! I'm really looking forward to it... and I hope there will be changing rooms for fancy dress in the winter too (I'm really hoping!).
Well, I, Pancake Man Dumbledore, am of course going to the Halloween Hogwarts & hogsmeade.
Jaga, jaga (laughs) This year, the magical world is very eventful and busy in October and November in Japan as a whole.
For example, from 3-7 Oct, Minarima is in Fukuoka and from 10-16 Oct also at the British Fair in Umeda Hankyu, and from 31 Oct-13 Nov Wizakore is in Nagoya.
The highlight of the event will be a visit to Japan in early October by Pierre Bohana, director of plastic arts, and Warner Bros. has already announced that it will host a Fantabi event.Â
