The Black Lake jetty in the Harry Potter area is one of the best places to take photos with your camera. From the Black Lake jetty, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry can be seen over the Black Lake. Depending on your camera's capabilities, a smartphone or camera with a wide-angle lens will be able to capture Hogwarts Castle and the surface of the Black Lake in the picture.

Universal Studios in the USA also has a Harry Potter Area (WWOHP), but it does not have a Black Lake. Only USJ in Japan has a Black Lake adjacent to Hogwarts Castle♪ The idea to create the Black Lake was the brainchild of former USJ marketer Mr Morioka.

The night view is beautiful, even when photographed with the Black Lake pier in the background. And by beautiful I don't mean me (the pancake man in the Dumbledore masquerade) (laughs).
The jetty is.popularityfor photo opportunities, so don't occupy a place when it's busy.Hand over the camera to each other.Let's do it.Â

The pier is located between the school gates of Hogwarts Castle and Ollivander's shop. It is marked by this gate.

[Hidden spot] Sign "Welcome to Hogsmeads", USJ "Harry Potter Area".
There is a fishing down sign on a stone arched gate that stands on the boundary between the Black Lake jetty and Hogsmeade village. The sign reads.Hogsmeade village streetscape.' and the symbolic animal 'Thewild boar' and '.WELCOME TO HOGSMEADE.The words 'The' can be seen in the following table.

Also on the corner of the roof of the spire is a dobby? Creature? and a statue of the head of the same 'house elf' (House elf).

What a questionable design in terms of taste in the wizarding world (laughs).
[Hidden spot] Sign "Welcome to Hogsmeads", USJ "Harry Potter Area".
The signs are set up so that you can read from the pier towards Hogsmeade Village, making you feel like a Hogwarts student coming from Hogwarts by boat to visit Hogsmeade Village. In the winter scene of the second film Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, the surface of the Black Lake is frozen over and the students travelling from Hogwarts to Hogsmeade are on a sledge pulled by a white horse. You can feel like a Hogwarts student arriving in Hogsmeade at that very moment!

You can enjoy the atmosphere of a quiet backstreet, different from the front face of Hogsmeade Village Main Street. You can see a bit of the other world 'Super Nintendo World' on the other side of the Black Lake, but it's a theme park, so give it up (laughs). w It would be nice if you could blindfold yourself a bit higher up (models:First Dumbledore masquerade Hyuma. The Black Lake and pier in the original stories and films USJ "Harry Potter Area"
Neither the Black Lake Pier nor the 'Welcome to Hogsmeads' sign are unfortunately featured in the Harry Potter films. They can only be seen in the Harry Potter area at Universal Studios. The Black Lake appears frequently in the films. It faces the Hogwarts grounds, where Harry and his students stroll around, and in the film Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, the Black Lake is used as the venue for the Triwizard Tournament between the three major wizarding schools.
