Molasses tart with raspberries & clotted cream

Price: 700 yen. 600 yen
Taste: ★★★3.5

New to the Three Broomsticks was the 'Molasses tartIt was a ''! (â™' Beautiful tart... The firm baked dough and white cream is clotted cream, which is commonly eaten in the UK! The red of the raspberries contrasts well with the green of the leaves and it's beautiful. w

Size: 8 cm (diameter), 2 cm (thickness).

The molasses tart came out warm. Hot treats in baked goods are nice.Â

The dough for the base of the tart is hard. Cutting it takes a lot of strength and skill, and if you cut it by force on the WWW... it will disintegrate into pieces (laughs).

The molasses sponge part is sticky and soft and tends to disintegrate when cut with a knife, so be careful. It's not extremely sweet, but it's quite sweet. It is quite sweet, so if you don't like sweet things... not recommended (^_^;)

In fact, when you eat it, it's quite sweet! It's a rich buttercream with a strawberry syrupy sweetness (giggle) It was quite an American flavour, with a sweetness that lingered in the mouth.

This was not my favourite flavour cake from a pancake man's point of view. The sponge was dense, and the volume of the cake was about three times the size of the original. Cupcakes Pink and Witch Pot Sponge Cakes are available at Honeydukes. If you order something from the Three Broomsticks, you can bring it in and eat it. On this day, the Three Broomsticks was seated without a wait until 11:00am. By 11:30am there was a queue of 20-40 people inside the building!
